Returns

We accept returns for store credit for up to 14 days from receipt of product. After 14 days, unfortunately we cannot offer you a store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging.

Several items are not eligible for return. These items include, but are not limited to:

  1. Sale and clearance items
  2. Gift cards
  3. Perishable goods
  4. Intimate or sanitary goods
  5. Newspapers or magazines

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Items returned to the manufacturer will not be eligible for store credit.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will only be eligible for a partial refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If you are approved, then we will issue a store credit to your account.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@modalookbook.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If an item eligible for return was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, you will be notified of your credit.

If an item eligible for return wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, a store credit will be issued to the original purchaser.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
